Therapeutic Massage

Massaging is pressing, rubbing and manipulating your skin tendons and ligaments that may range from light stroking to deep pressure. Therapeutic massages includes a few different types such as trigger point therapy, sports massage, cranial sacral therapy, prenatal massage and geriatric massage. Each massage has it's owns benefits.

Kristin Churchill, Licensed Massage Therapist, will work with you to decide which technique will work best for you by asking you a couple of questions before the beginning of your therapeutic massage.

$40 for 30 minutes, $70 for an hour
